Privacy Policy

Roofers of Wisconsin is a free matching and referral service that connects homeowners with independent, third party roofing companies. We are not a roofing contractor, employer, or agent of any roofing company. We do not perform roofing work, provide roofing estimates, or employ the roofers you may be matched with.

By using our website and submitting your information, you agree to the terms described in this Privacy Policy.

When you use our questionnaire, we collect the information you provide, including:

• Your first and last name
• Your phone number and email address
• Your property ZIP code
• Your roofing project type and desired timeline
• Details about how you found our site (such as referral source, landing page, and device type) so we can improve our service

The primary purpose of collecting your information is to match you with one or more independent roofing companies serving your area. When you submit your request, your contact details and project information are transferred to those third party roofing contractors so they can contact you about your project.

By submitting your information, you explicitly consent to your lead being shared with, sold to, or transferred to these third party roofing companies, and to being contacted by them regarding your roofing project via phone call, text message, and email, including through automated dialing systems. Standard message and data rates may apply.

• To match your request with roofing professionals who serve your area
• To allow those roofing companies to contact you about your project
• To respond to your questions and provide customer support
• To analyze and improve our matching service and website performance

We retain your lead information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our matching service, comply with legal obligations, and support our roofing partners' follow up. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We do not sell your personal information to data brokers or marketers. Sharing your information with roofing companies is the service you are requesting when you submit a request.

We do not guarantee that you will be matched with a roofer, that any roofer will contact you, or that any work performed by a matched roofer will meet your expectations. Roofing companies are independent businesses; we do not endorse, warrant, or take responsibility for their work, pricing, licenses, insurance, conduct, or performance.

Your use of this service and any relationship you form with a roofing company is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roofers of Wisconsin is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or from the acts or omissions of any third party roofing company.

Using our service and submitting your information is voluntary. You may decline to provide information, but doing so means we cannot match you with a roofer. You may request that we stop using your information or remove it from our system by contacting us using the details below.

This service is not directed to anyone under 18. Do not submit information if you are under 18.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
